Writing Blogs will build website credibility ONLY if done correctly. You can write hundreds of blogs for your website and gain nothing unless you apply proven and known best practices to those blogs. What in the World are you talking about? What are Best Practices? I just want to add some new content to my blog and get better results on Google’s SERPs. I want to show up within Google’s Search Results when someone is searching for my services, products, or website. Is that too much to ask? After all, I am not a website developer or SEO (Search Engine Optimization) guru. I just want to be found on the Internet. Can writing Blogs be that hard?
Writing Blogs Correctly Builds Website Credibility!
Writing Blogs is not hard. It is however, like baking a cake. Therefore, if you don’t correctly follow the recipe’s directions your cake will disappoint you and your guests. Following directions correctly will provide you with a beautiful and delicious cake. It will also provide you with an interesting and informative blog. Once you understand and implement best practices, writing blogs will become easier. Your blogs will also become more relevant and rank higher with Google. Ranking higher with Google should be the goal for your blogs, pages, and website itself. Ranking higher with Google makes achieving the purpose for your website easier to obtain.
A few tips for successfully writing blogs begins with keyword and key phrase research. What keywords are important for your website? Are these keywords associated with potential clients or customers? In other words, what keywords are people using to find your type of business using the Internet and Search Engines like Google? Google offers a Free Tool called Keyword Planner to help understand the process. An active website needs connectivity with hundreds of keywords. Yes, I said hundreds. For example, Pain, Painful, Neck Pain, Back Pain, and Lower Back Pain are all different keywords/keyword phrases that should be of great interest for a Chiropractor or a Chiropractic Care Business. Each one has a value of importance in the search engines. The more relevant keywords and keyword phrases you feature within your website the more your website will show up in the search results.
Tips for Writing Blogs Correctly:
Okay, now you have a starting point for writing blogs. It will be necessary to select one keyword at a time when writing blogs. Use that keyword between 2% and 2.5% of all the words used within your blog. If your blog is 450 words long use your keyword 9 to 11 times. If you go over the 2.5% ceiling, Search Engines like Google consider it to be “keyword stuffing”, and they frown upon that practice. In fact, they will mark down your blog effort. Why hurt yourself unnecessarily? Best Practices suggest between 0.9% and 2.5% usage of your chosen keyword. I prefer 2% to 2.5%. I like the keyword to be used as close to the maximum limit as possible.
Additional best practice tips are to use the keyword or keyword phrase in the Blog Title, Meta Description, First Sentence, and Image Optimization. These best practices for writing blogs should be employed. All blogs should have a minimum of 300 total words. All blogs should have Optimized Images. Writing Blogs correctly will make your website more credible in the eyes of Search Engines. Your website may be found on the Internet by potential clients, when you appreciate and implement what Search Engines expect from your website pages and website posts (Blogs). That’s the aim of all SEO specialists to show up within Google’s Search Results when someone is searching for my services, products, or website. Do you know a lot about SERP – sitechecker.pro/serp if not, I recommend to do research and find out all features about page results.
